A PARISIAN ADVENTURE TO REMEMBER!

Our Year 11 students have returned from an unforgettable five-day adventure to Paris, filled with incredible experiences, new challenges and wonderful memories!

From travelling on the Eurostar and navigating the bustling Paris Métro to exploring some of the world's most famous landmarks, our students embraced every opportunity with enthusiasm and determination.

Highlights included visits to the Louvre, Musée d’Orsay, Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame, Sacré-Cœur and Montmartre, alongside a beautiful cruise along the River Seine and spectacular rooftop views from Galeries Lafayette.

Walking between 14,000 and 18,000 steps each day, students demonstrated remarkable resilience, independence and confidence. For some, this was their first experience travelling abroad, staying away from home or exploring a major European city.

There were plenty of laughs, new friendships, French food discoveries (including snails!) and even a fiercely contested daily Paris quiz!

We are incredibly proud of all ten students for their achievements, positive attitudes and willingness to step outside their comfort zones.

A truly memorable experience that showcased everything we value at Courtlands – confidence, independence, resilience and learning beyond the classroom.
